Officer Earl
Earl is the overprotective, athletic cop of Swallow Falls. He wears short shorts and sneakers. Earl doesn't like Flint alot, but grows to trust him. He deeply loves his son Cal, which is why he is so over protective. He is voiced by Mr. T.
