Tim Lockwood is the widower of the late Fran Lockwood and is Flint's father. He is old fashioned, techophobic, unsupportive, and has a rather big and bushy monobrow and moustache. He owns a tackle shop in Swallow Falls, and speaks in metephors related to fishing. He is voiced by James Caan.
