Sam Sparks is the main protagonist of the film and Flint's love girlfriend. Her favorite food is Jell-O and she is a weather intern from New York, who becomes weather reporter and works for Patrick the weaterman. She is voiced by Gray DeLisle who also voices Lily Loud.
